What is GhostSign?
GhostSign helps you run structured self-experiments around sleep, focus, recovery, energy, performance, and routines. It is designed for people who want to systematically test what actually works for their body.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Both options are available on the sign-in screen.
How do I reset my password?
Tap the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
How do experiments work?
You create an experiment in Lab, review and approve the experiment brief, run a cycle for the specified duration, complete daily check-ins, and receive a report at the end that summarises what happened.
What is a daily check-in?
Daily check-ins are short in-app logs that track your adherence to the protocol, your outcome signals (e.g. energy, focus, soreness), and any confounders that may have affected your day.
Can I use wearable or device metrics?
Yes. GhostSign supports manual entry of metrics like sleep score, HRV, resting heart rate, pace, and similar data. You can log these values during your daily check-ins.
How do subscriptions work?
GhostSign offers premium access that unlocks the full experiment engine. Some workspace features are paused if your subscription expires.
How do I restore purchases?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync your subscription status with the App Store or Google Play.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Chat, planning, and active experiment cycles are paused until you restore access. Completed reports remain readable.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at ghostsign.io/delete-account. You will need to provide the email and phone number associated with your account for verification.
Why should I add my phone number in Settings?
Adding a phone number helps us verify your identity if you submit an account deletion request through the website. It is optional but recommended.
