By accessing or using GhostSign (“GhostSign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GhostSign. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. GhostSign is not intended for use by minors.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

GhostSign is provided solely for personal self-experimentation and informational purposes. You may use the service to:

• Design and run personal performance experiments.
• Record manual daily check-ins and self-reported metrics.
• Review AI-generated experiment protocols and performance reports.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GhostSign systems, data, or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Use the service in any emergency, acute medical, or life-safety context. GhostSign is not designed or appropriate for such use.
• Input sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal health data you are not authorised to process.

GhostSign is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing within GhostSign — including experiment protocols, reports, or any AI-generated content — constitutes or should be construed as medical advice. You should not use GhostSign in place of professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received from GhostSign.

GhostSign is not appropriate for use in emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

GhostSign uses artificial intelligence to generate experiment protocols, performance summaries, and related outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect.
• AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment in any domain, including health, medicine, nutrition, or fitness.
• We do not guarantee that any protocol or recommendation generated by GhostSign is safe, effective, or appropriate for your individual circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating, interpreting, and deciding how to act on any AI-generated content.

You understand and acknowledge that any self-experimentation carries inherent risk. By using GhostSign, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your interpretation and implementation of any experiment, protocol, or recommendation generated through the service. GhostSign is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

GhostSign may offer paid subscription plans. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GhostSign at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostSign and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We expressly disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State of Washington], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the [State of Washington].
